The novel, if I remember correctly, ended as they were leaving the hospital. The side stories were included in the ending of the webtoon, and they were rushed. I think it's why many people are so unhappy. I didn't mind. I enjoyed seeing them brought to life
Somebody who has read the novel can only tell if there were extra chapters or this is the end
