Please help me with the title of this manhwa

I'm looking for a straight manhwa where the female lead has silver hair. I only remember the part wherein the delusional girl who keeps claiming that the Male lead has a crush on her or are with her (as far as I remember, she were only able to get close with the ML because of her deceased brother who were close with the ML). Well anyways, the scene was the female lead was sick and the ML keeps taking care of her so the delusional girl keeps getting angry and then the female lead said something like "you shouldn't worry because he's only doing this to take care of me. He's still yours or something." And then she was about to smile but the ML along with the ML's friend reacted, even the doctor and questioned as to why it is important for the delusional girl to know that nothing's going on with the two of them and that was when they found out that the delusional girl led female lead to think that the ML and her are a thing. I think the female lead can also see through the future. That's all I can remember. I hope someone helps me, thank you so much.
