I was waiting for the vengence that she vehemently promised she would enact on her friend's killer, but nope, nothing for 10+ years. Author pretty much dropped the vengence concept and changed the FL's persona because now she seems like a doormat and the story focuses entirely on her "happy" post-divorced life. Author should have solved the killer's mystery and then focus on her divorced life, because I'm still looking at the royal family being the culprit.
