This is one of those BLs I stopped reading a while ago because it was still ongoing, but I finally finished it! While I was invested and liked the premise at first, the plot eventually became bland and the story felt unseasoned.
I'm really glad the mc ended up with the older twin, I was rooting for him from the start but man the writing is disappointing.
There are still many plot holes left:
-What happened to the wedding? They mentioned it would take place in two weeks, but are you telling me everything happened within two weeks? All, I can guess it's because of the sinkholes and stuff, the wedding is postponed or probably cancelled.
-Why did they conduct the research on that specific island? -What made Hae geum so special, and why was he the only successful subject? -Why can't Hae geum remember his past? -What happened to the guide amplifying research? Did Hyeon continue it? -Any improvements on the research about an Esper not needing a guide?
There's too many questions in the story that could've make the plot more interesting if answered, this series really has a potential but unfortunately, it became a not-so-eventful and boring series.
