i can understand you. there is a limit to how far these people can go, and i also expected her to stand up for herself especially in the cafe. but people who were abused especially as a kid often dont know how to speak up. her abuse picked up again after mincheol lost the money so to her, there has always been a hirachy in a relationship where the male often looks down on her/calls the shots. the only time we really saw hae soo angry was when she defended taeha i believe, so she seems like someone loyal who would get angry on behalf of others rather than for herself. sadly, she has self esteem issues which only further makes her hesitant to speak up for herself since she probably things she is not worth much due to the abuse she suffered at home, the bullying at school, and mincheol looking down on her in their relationship.

actually ykw, i do not want fucking taeha to save her. she’s a grown as adult. i’m sick and tired of her being the damsel in distress. everyone has hardships in their lives, and i am genuinely upset hae-soo had such bad fortune too, but fuck it, if she cannot grow a fucking spine for once at her big age and deal with a rude girl, who’s a fucking child in comparison then idk what to tell her.
