Now, im not disagreeing with some of these comments about them being uncomfortable about their relationship in this timeline. But i think people are forgetting a few things: MC clearly stated he wasnt going to pursue anything with Hanjoo in this timeline, until Hanjoo showed up again after radio silence at 30 years old. Secondly, MC had 0 romantic feelings towards Hanjoo during his earlier years of being alive, it was Hanjoo who made advances toward him and thus MC fell in love. Plus, reading until recent chapters its obvious MC's feelings are way way way deeper than simple lust. Thats how I see it anyhow.
