jaeyi needs to heal too, i think seeing ideum hang around his brother might be the trigger he needed to start fixing his issues, ideum is there to help as well so long as jaeyi doesnt actually go too far and make ideum scared of him..
Jaeyi is unfortunately just reacting like he always has. For his entire life everything he’s ever wanted has gone to his older brother even when he voiced his feelings. So he went numb and stopped feeling for anything in particular because as soon as his brother finds out he likes something he knows he’ll try to take it away. The moment the brother hears Ideum was recommended by Jaeyi he tried to get close and takes him out for lunch. Ideum doesn’t know of this and is now trapped in the middle of a long standing feud. Jaeyi is dealing with his own trauma. So hopefully Jaeyi is able to work out his own trauma with Ideum in away that doesn’t hurt him. And will be able to realize it’s ok to have passion and want something for your own because Ideum is thankful for him and he isn’t going anywhere.
