No, that’s not an excuse, but it’s kind of the beginning of the explanation that Soae will learn more about later, These 5 chapters gave us so much more perspective on all of that. I’m not saying it’s a free pass for them to be together again like rn, but still the beginning and most of all it just gives us, as readers, more information about everything that happened, and honestly, it’s great.
Eunhyuk showed once again that he’s not flawless at all, but he did everything he could and he was yearning for her FROM FAR AWAY for 10 years. How can pp be this insensitive when he was literally dreaming about her and taking pills just to sleep because seeing Suae was probably one of the only times he could actually feel peace? People tend to forget that he was only 17 when his mom died, he was probably struggling with suicidal thoughts too. He even tried to reach out to her, but seeing her happy made him step back because he didn’t want to be a burden to her again.
