Does this exist?

I remember reading this chinese bl manhua, ehetr the mc is the fiance of a rich ceo who was a neglectful asshole. Now the mc was devoted even tho the people around him werr basically shitting on him, saying that the supposed "ML" didn't actually love him and that he was justa replacement for his first love. MC didn't believe it until the first love came back and he watched the supposed ML treat the first love better, then he realized the clothes that the ML bought for him were clothes his first love wore. Fast forward he ran away to a secluded town, gave a guy thetr his watch and then that said guy got into an accident and died, they found his watcg in those remains and the authorities contacted the ML saying MC died and then the ML started this depression. MC is fine, but feeling bad he decided to take on the dead guy's identity and continue his dreams of becoming an actor for him. ML found him, he pretends to not be who he actually is and gaslights the ML I think?

I know this is kinda long of a description but does anyone know this??
