Looking for a yaoi that I can’t seem to find

Hi everyone, I’ve been searching yet again for a yaoi manga that I’ve read before. I remember that a nerd short seme confesses his love to a delinquent type of, long haired uke, in front of uke’s friends. The uke is like ”okay then fuck me”. Seme literally fucks him in front of uke’s friends. The cover was of uke holding a dogleash, and it was connected to the seme’s neck who is sitting down. Anyone familiar with it, and how I can find it??
