Honestly just nice to see therapy and meds discussed in a positive way. I think the amount of time that passes between them is reasonable - he lied to Jihan and that broke trust, but it's not the only reason they separated. More important than that was his obsessive nature, which is part of what made him willing to go to such lengths to get close to Jihan in the first place. Seeing that he's actually worked on himself in that way and is doing better mentally/emotionally is likely a big factor in feeling like there's a possibility of holding onto the relationship vs actually just letting it go.
