Im not sure but if im not mistaken, he asked our S rank chicken owner to create that dungeon because Sa Young died. He mentioned that he wanted to preserve (? Sorry if this is the right term) or have ( im not sure sorry （/TДT)/ ) their happy memories together. When everytime he misses him, he can just go there. Please correct me if im wrong HAHAHAHA I don't really remember it well HAHAHAHA Im not as far in the novel though. Im still in the scene where J runaway to Sa young and Sa young followed to catch him HAHAHAHAHA this scene has something to do with J's feelings HAHAHAHA He's still in denial
