Best case scenario the ml is a pathetic boyfriend who allows the rapist of his boyfriend to stay close to him and does not press charges or get mad at him in ways other than essentially "whining". Worst case scenario and the most likely one is that ml was in on it and uses the mc as their "playmate". The author fucked us all over with the lighthearted tag which is never not unethical especially with misleading the trope and leading in readers that do not want to get triggered by hard subjects. 0/10
