Yes it is... I mean before he deployed as undercover cop. He should learn how gangster work, and and let go of his sense of justice for awhile. Not only he is being manipulate but he also too naive and innoncent. I know if it is in reality, they are two type of human when they experience abuse and bad things since child. One is like this Uke, afraid to be a burden, feels like everything is his responsibility, people pleaser, afraid of abandonment, etc. Another one is grewup with high-awareness and flight or fight mode, trust issue, and critical thinking observe to understand from another perspective, be hyper independent.

But in the other hand, I also don't like how naive and innoncent Uke is. Like he is a police yet he is too innoncent for real. He doesn't know how gangster work, and not enough preparation before put undercover. That's why he easily suspected. He has chance to go back yet he is being stubborn and naive.
It would rather go back to police, tell the truth and find out the truth about that hyung ulterior motive, then boom he find his true self, he learn to choose what he wants what he choose. And not endup with one of these alpha.
