No. It's all him being a famous trash but gradually becoming hero. Even so, like in other stories, people doubt and didn't believe it HAHAHA but the real antagonist is the prince because he's the mastermind of all terrorism attack. It's just a shame that 2 siblings of our MC is in that villainous group. They willing to hurt each other just for their own greed especially his brother. He will do everything just to secure his ground as the next heir of their house.
