Omg listen I love slowburn, but this isn’t even slowburn. It’s like stop the burn or something. Nothing ever even gets solved at this point. I can’t even see how much or how deeply they’ve loved each other all this time, because all I see is them hurting each other and throwing each other around, saying the same things over and over again. “Oh I do this and that because i gotta protect you but I also want to see you but I also not but I will see you again..”. I dropped it, came back, and STILL nothing has happened but everything is happening. There are too many questions and nothing has been answered. It’s gotten to the point where I feel like the author wants the story to be more intense, so she keeps adding more to it but because she isn’t skilled enough to handle all of it, the story ends up feeling overloaded and all over the place
