If I recall correctly. He is leaving him out of family events because he doesn’t want them to pressure puppy about having babies. Other wolves his age are already having kids starting school. By not strengthening his pack with more wolf/puppy kids, it could be viewed as a weakness. Their kids would already be the youngest and as enforcer kids can’t be viewed as the runts of the pack. Wolfie knows puppy will not want their strength as enforcers to be questioned even slightly. He does not want his family even asking if puppy is thinking about kids. He wants puppy to not to feel pressure at all about having kids. Puppy finds out and thinks about it and thinks he wants to have kids so they go see a doctor. They agree that whoever is more suitable to carry kids will be the one to carry. Wolfie hopes it’s him so he can spare puppy the pain. Doctor says puppy is the better carrier. They have twins.
The twins are cute. They hear Wolfie dad “bully” their puppy dad (they were having sex) hearing things like stop. I can’t anymore. It’s too much. Etc. typical bottom stuff. So the twins break into the office and type in the enforcer iPad to arrest daddy Wolfie. The wolves are confused but follow the order and subdue Wolfie saying it was puppy enforcers orders. Daddy puppy explains to the kids that this is very serious and should be reserved for bad guys. The twins say daddy Wolfie is bad cuz he bullies puppy dad. They explain and mom/dad are super embarrassed. Daddy wolf says he’s just giving puppy wolf a deep tissue massage. Lol
