“Poor baby”

These these comments are full of "Oh poor Dohwa, my baby, I can’t believe you’re being tortured like this, you’re suffering so much," when in reality, he’s just getting rejected by a girl. Mind you, this is the most dramatic thing that’s ever happened to him, (not LITERALLY, just hyperbole.) and it’s not even the first time. He was never going to be the choice. There's so much focus on his feelings rather than Suae’s, and she’s being overshadowed. He caused the scandal, and now his resignation is being seen as if it’s a big sacrifice? When he was just taking responsibility for his actions that caused it? He also didn’t have much attachment to his career in the first place, so it’s hard to call his actions sacrifice. And even from a narrative standpoint, the writing makes it pretty clear he was never intended to be the endgame. Compared to Eunhyuk, Dohwa’s character feels less developed, and his family trauma hasn't been properly touched on as it should’ve been.which shows in details like his official profile listing that he hates Eunhyuk over his abusive father… Suae didn’t love him them, and she won’t love him now.
