I don't think he is still a high schooler, but if he is an adult he's definitely barely one, while manager Bae I think is pushing or in his thirties. I think it's just a little crush for a mentor. What bugs me is that they're using Jung woo relationship with manager Bae and his crush to further justify ki jeong's jealousy. It's icky, I hope it won't devolve any further and I hope they won't make Jung wood's feelings weird and inappropriate
