i love when actor au side stories sort of imply that the whole thing was a show & the side story is canon either bc (in a good story) it's a fun way to pretend all the au are canon, or (in a mediocre story like this) i can pretend the main story being sloppy and confusing & just mid is actually amazing bc it's about a show that's bad but the romance was real and off screen lol
