I have been reading everything and we didn't say it's not there we just said it's not justified as romance like in yaoi. In most I have read rape is more severe in yaoi than any other genre
not true, even in straight romances there are many such cases where female leads ends up with their abusers, the only difference is yaoi becomes popular while those remain more niche ^^
Yes, that's exactly my point!! The fan bases are different, some fans bases actually don't play when it comes to rape hence the downfall of the books etc but in yaoi it's what is popular cause that's what y'all want (⊙…⊙ )
