Yeah the author mentioned back in 2023 that youngjo would make a comeback in Chapter 6 and that their relationship wasn’t completely over. Lee Jinhwan’s appearance is definitely going to lead to Youngjo somehow

I bet this season will give Garam some closure with Youngjo and Naeun because things between them ended rather absurdly and in chapter 210, during their fight, we could see Naeun and Youngjo alongside Heejae in Garam’s shattered heart. So I believe their betrayal actually left a deep scar on him, deep enough for them to reappear in his lowest vulnerable moment, after being practically gone for 120 chapters.
