Ok, not to defend the cheating boyfriend, BUT if Serin is genuinely blackmailing him / has something over him that is causing him to bend to her will / sleep with her, then I don't really see that as a consensual situation. If he was sleeping with a bunch of other girls, I would get that, but that does not seem to be the case either. He also seems pretty obsessed with the FL, since he literally knows her period cycle and knows a lot about her and her habits. I'm just wondering why he's cheating on her if he seems to be so obsessed? And I know people cheat no matter what, but I don’t think this is that kind of story.
