No ur right I’m pretty sure they have a girl and twins
(Spoiler) Only two children both boys. Pete and Cecil who likes to dress up as a girl.
They have another boy named Cecil, who looks like Chase but takes after Joshua's chaotic personality as a child. He crossdresses because Josh loves how much he looks like Chase. Cecil at first hated being dressed like a girl but started doing so often after Spencer (KML) kid called him pretty. Chase and Josh also have a little girl, whose name I forgot. Another fun fact about Cecil is that he was born to distract Pete, who kept asking his parents for a dog, so they gave him a little sibling as compensation. And because Pete acts so much like Chase and Cecil acts like Josh, they constantly fight like their parents did at the start of the story. You can see this in the Kiss Me Liar side stories.
They have a boy Cecil who josh cross dresses and a girl whose name i dont think ever came up in the works but there's a mention in kiss me liar (if im remembering correctly)
Guys if the manhwa follow the novel chase gonna save pete from the doggy despite his fear and joshua gonna tell him hes the father and they gonna have like 2or 3 more children (according to my fish memory so some may be wrong) but its nearrr
