I like that the real conflict isn't really whether they like each other, cuz they do. The real conflict is what it really means, them getting together would mean that MC loses all the power he worked hard for just cuz he's an omega, and he'll be seen as just that.
And I also like that the ML is still a character, even though he's yearning for MC for 10 yrs, he still wants to be chairman. He won't just give that up just cuz MC asked nicely.
