Is this as black flag as jinx?

In my opinion, I find this seme worst than the jinx dude lol. I remember reading this in the past and being pissed and made a long rant in my notes which was deleted bcuz of data crash. That's because the jinx seme at least gave the uke financial help.. but this seme doesn't..even after seeing the uke suffering so much... he even isolates the uke when people show him concern. (ie: like when uke was so exhausted he had a nosebleed and someone showed concern..)
This is all what I remembered from the past and I dunno how he is now... don't even know if my memory is correct haha
