I don't understand why the author is allergic to having them talk and explain the miscommunication. The author has done the same 'MC decides to explain to ML his history but then as soon as the ML asks, they start making out instead?????' PMO. Especially because I don't feel chemistry between them in the sex scenes. Like half of the chapters so far have been unnecessary conversations that go in circles. I've sunk too much time into this so I need the closure, but man. It was a good premise of an MC who was previously mistreated and an ML who pursued him, but really can't execute on it.
