yall laughing at chapter 64 for being dramatic but its literally not about him as shallow as lying for not liking a shellfish. its about finding out your crush/friend is a compulsive and manipulative liar piece of shit even to you and you dont know whether all his actions and feelings are genuine or not.
imagine if your crush/friend showed some vulnerable side to you, got a fight over it, but you later find out they lied about it all along. you'll feel like you've been played like a fiddle. trust and vulnerability is very important in a relationship, and yohan broke exactly that.
