It's implied some time passed between the suicide attempt and the passing out drunk when Nanjo found him, he's wearing different outfits when he's waiting outside of Nanjo's work. And he does have a scar, we see it in chapter 39 clearly... As to why Nanjo hasn't noticed it... If he does notice it how do you even bring it up? Should he ask Mok "did you try to kill yourself?" Nanjo isn't that insensitive, maybe he'd try to pay attention to Mok's wellbeing with his actions rather than words
My question is: why has nanjo not noticed or commented on the scar on mok's wrist yet? Also, aint no way it healed that fast but it's manhwa logic.
