I'm so glad I took a chance on this and ignored all the negative commenters. Y'all just be out here saying things without understanding or even finishing the story. I was personally gonna rate this an 8/10 - I like the character growth and the small twists were interesting. I thought the MC's change in feelings was a little too out of nowhere and I didn't like the trope used for the reconciliation. But the last chapter? The end of that last chapter is probably one of the most beautiful endings I've read. The last line in particular is so lovely it bumped it up to a 9 just for that. Chefs kiss.
