So my girlfriend and I are sending our daughter to stay with her grandma for the weekend because my girlfriend can finally take some leave off and we wanted to go out for the entire weekend for just us time since we never get to do that. So now we're in hospital and I got my cast on. I'm trying to convince her to let me take her like I can still drive and it's only a couple hours away. She's been working nearly all week because her work has been short-staffed and she's only just been accepted for her leave, I can't ruin this for her.
