Yeah there’s really something about it that feels so natural and consensual. It’s almost like two lovers who just started dating and are having sex non-stop where both bodies become one? I don’t know. I can’t explain it. I’ve tried many times. Maybe because there’s no “you’re so beautiful” or “you’re so sexy” or “don’t show this side to anyone else”. It’s just enjoying each other’s bodies without commenting on them, or trying to own each other like they’re objects. Also, Seungmin is so considerate and patient. The scene where jaeyoung feels awkward in the bathroom and Seungmin offers to hold him is peak. I haven’t read anything quite like this manhwa. It’s really in a league of its own.
u get ittt!! ESPECIALLY the fact there's no words, just presence. I think the word im looking for is emotional attunement or even just extremely observant of one another. I find it particular in bl overall because jaeyoung is very soft in his acceptance of seungmin's advances. there's no over the top pleasure/sexification of being touched. and the same goes for seungmins advances, there's no "take/give" "push/pull" "chase/pursuit" extremes. there's just the "normal" of being touched and it being comforting rather than a performance. i completely agree its a league of its own esp when we got that one scene where they literally just slept in ch 31. usually i feel there would be discourse around consent however there doesn't seem feel the need to comment on yk.
gonna be so honest after letting this marinate after seeing it blow up for awhile, it was worth it... there's also something i cant put my finger on when it comes to their sexual dynamic/scenes. its feels so second nature / comforting for both of them around each other...or idk if its just like smooth? idk but for some reason its soothing compared to a lot of rougher bl ive seen.
