There are so many insistence like this have happened in the history that made women wanting to become masc or a "man" bevotbey had so little rights and both in body and soul that whatever was out of the norm for women would fall for "manly stuff" Wearing pants not liking certain "feminine traits" and all that
It's way more complicated that just being trans but it's ok if u headcanon but I'm sure there are so many better rep for actual trans story
