Nowhere did they say dohwa deserving better means he deserves Soo-Ae. He is hurt by Soo-Ae so he deserves better, meaning someone who won't hurt him and love him back and Soo-Ae deserves someone better than Eunhyuk, someone who won't run because of fear, keep her wondering/guessing or just straight up stealing years off her life.
