I said the same but my only guess is that the ML wants to be with him only if the MC is willing to give his all to him so if the mc can’t kiss him yet then there is no point in dating if he can’t have all of him maybe

ok so I just read the new chapter and the mc asks if they’re dating now and the ml says no?? So now I’m confused because I thought the ml did all this to get with the mc but then he said no to the question so now I’m so confused
