Because she ate a herb when she started her first cycle. And continue to eat said herb she is able to get pregnant. Also her doctor tricked her into drinking some medicine where she can now get pregnant she didn't want to but they did that.
Did I miss something? I thought it had to be someone from his bloodline in order to carry a child… I wonder how the author is going to come up with a way for her to have their baby
