WAIT I found a possible lead! Hyperventilation has a flashback to a classroom where the main character secretly looks at the male lead while he talks with two other boys. However, the conversation is about the MC’s lung condition, not gay couples, so I’m not sure
Kinda sounds like behind the scandal but not mc is looking but his friend..
YOOOOOO WAIT MIGHT BE IM GONNA LOOK
Thankyouuuuuu
