I sorta agree with this assessment but I hesitate to say Mok romantic feelings are one sided.
Nanjo did hesitate when he thought Mok was to sick to continue. He did also push the conversation to a place where Mok would have to confirm if he had feelings. "Is that truly all you want to say to me?"
I feel people forget from Nanjo perspective Mok was a complete asshole the first season. Mok slept with other men and was aggressive towards Nanjo and never outright said he liked him.
I do think Nanjo is taking advantage of his desperation but he also knows Mok was suicidal in the lead up to this. So he probably likes Mok enough (he was loyal to Mok when he was basically dating the other guy). Also you do have to consider he is patience with whatever mental breakdown is going on right now. He hasn't considered any of this behavior representative of Mok "you are really out of it".
In short, the sleezy thing he is doing is having sex with someone going through a mental health crisis. So they do need a proper conversation when Mok balances out. But I do think he likes him enough.

I think we'll eventually see Nanjo ask Mokyeon to become (came back?) fuck buddies. It's pretty obvious Nanjo was seriously sex-starved. The moment Mokyeon put it inside him, he literally has that "finally!" look on his face. But for now, they're clearly not on the same page.
Mokyeon is in love. Maybe he's too emotionally fragile right now to have a healthy relationship, but he's definitely in love. Nanjo? Hmm, I don't think so.
As I've said before, Nanjo has definitely found a sexual partner in Mokyeon who has helped him discover and understand things about his own body that he didn't even know himself. But IMO, we're still a long way from love.
And being fuck buddies when one person is in love and the other isn't is never a good idea...
I hope I'm wrong, but this latest chapter really left me with that feeling: they're just not at the same level of emotional involvement.
