Knowing their birth rate I don't doubt it but I honestly think that it's just the artstyle (or maybe is the first time drawing a baby, babies are kind of hard to draw at the first time)
I can forgive his un-babylike face because baby faces are very hard to draw, I agree with you on that one. The crazy huge eyes as part of the artstyle, yeah okay... but the body being shorter than his head is bonkers. Do their editors not also see that the baby anatomy isn't anatom-ing? Maybe that's just what's considered cute in Korea, otherwise I have no idea how these bobble-headed babies keep making it to publication lol
I think the artist draw babies like chibis bc it has almost the same proportions lol
