I feel like this author doesn't have an outline and just freestyling the plot as the story goes on because it's going around in some bullshit, the timeline and the pacing and the "shock value" are so messy, that their initial personalities now become more confusing.
It's like all the characters get lobotomized especially the top, you kinda understand his resentment of being "abandoned" even though it's immature asf knowing the age gap, the story at least tried to make you understand his pain after the "abandonment" but then now it revealed that the top knows that his uke's mom was neglectful.
so, what's the point of the resentment then? If you know your uke was miserable with their parents, why make him miserable in your reunion? Why dont try to jog the memory in a good way, because like if he knows that the uke was being neglected, it means the top isn't the only one being miserable in their childhood.
like the top can just easily talk, or visit the orphanage like in the latest chapter. but then he's doing all the bullshit so the author can have rape.
