That's the thing about patriarchy, the ways in which society judges how women and men are emotional are different. If women cry, for instance, they are hysterical immature wrecks, but if men throw stuff, punch walls and become violent, they just could not contain themselves, the poor dears. People are much more inclined to look favourably to men being assholes than women just expressing their sadness, even if they hurt no one. Double standards, sister. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
