I wasn't thinking about it until my girlfriend randomly mentioned it. She is a huge reader of omegaverse, I think it's one of her favourite genres. She specifically enjoys omegaverse when it's Yuri, but she does read yaoi and occasionally reads straight omegaverse. Anyway so she said that a lot of authors don't use it to it's max potential, meaning specifically the entire pregnancy thing. Especially for Yuri omegaverse, like the dynamics are there and a lot of authors mix it around with the whole alpha x alpha or omega x omega, hell even top omega x bottom alpha which is great we love to mix things up. But there's not really a lot of omegaverse that actually end in pregnancy, just used for the smut really. There are definitely a lot of stories of mpreg but it's rare for us to see more of it if you know what I mean, but it's definitely rarer to find Yuri omegaverse unless you read fanfiction (which she prefers over mangas/manhwas). Just a random thought, I personally would like to see more fempreg/mpreg between same sex couples and hell even straight omegaverse couples (with the man getting pregnant of course).
