i don’t quite think that’s the case, tho. first of all, the top is definitely the mc, we quite literally only see things in his pov haha. also, it’s not that the top doesn’t want to trust the bottom, he’s trying very hard to. the bottom is just twisting things so much that the top is confused by his so called “love”. that’s what chap 45 was about. from cheol’s perspective, the bottom ruined his life and disappeared for over a decade despite claiming to love and live for him. then comes back and starts/continues acting crazy. i think it’s unfair to say that cheol is making things harder and that he’s fumbling a simp when it’s this so called simp that is fumbling cheol LMAOOO
