Everyone was raving about this on TikTok, and really its kind of a nothing burger. I feel like stories with no sex or a lot less sex, get instantly more praise because they're viewed as more serious. Like this didn't really touch on any of the topics it brought up, it got close to talking about them but then the characters would suddenly act all mysterious and quit talking, and then we would get a flashback/flashforward. There wasn't any conformation or real development at least with Sunwoo. They both just moved on and decided the past wasn't worth mulling over. Okay?? Could've done that sooner then. Also the (ex) teacher × student relationship, just being thrown in there as a sub plot, is kinda wrong imo. That's a serious subject. Minhyuk only had their teacher as a grown up in his life... and then they got romantically involved. That's icky, no matter how "persistent" Minhyuk was supposed to be. If you wanna cut contact, you can! If you find it ethically questionable, you probably shouldn't do it. Teach was wrong on this. Overall an easy read, but not as nuanced or layered people made it out to be.
