Does the author hate us?

Yea

Im not seeing a way for ML to be redeemed. We already know his tragic back story and he didint ask for forgiveness once. Only way I see is if the genre changes and somebody transmigrated into his body and starts treating MC right. Im just not seeing any redemption at all and im pretty forgiving.
