I had major high hopes for this story. But honestly I am kind of disappointed. It had potential but it just fell flat. For a major chunk of the series nothing really happens that could escalate the story. It felt like it was going in circles. The villain was just sooo annoying and I hated her so much. She got what she deserved at the end but it felt way to easy. Nothing significant really happened in the whole series tbh. Even the "big moments" felt really lacking I don't know why. Plus the conflict of the mc being omega and can't be the king was literally resolved in 2 episodes. All the build up tension just crashed badly. Plus I wanted to see the motivation behind why the omega wanted to be the king, because at the beginning it really was cristal clear that he didn't. So what changed or why it wasn't explained. The conclusion was very rushed.
But I absolutely loved the romance. It was so heartfelt and sincere. The alpha was such a yearner that he melted my heart. I loved how expressive he was with his feelings and how he didn't give a fuck what others thought about it. The omega gave me black cat energy but he was also a lovable character. I loved their relationship.
