Yes, she's pregnant, but not by dane. Since dane is an omega, so he can't impregnate people. Dane told her that he's an omega, but she still insisted that dane is the father because she doesn't want to admit that the other person is the father of the child and because Dane treated her so good when they were together. So, she asked dane if he could go with her for the check up, and dane agreed. Of course Grayson was so pissed and told dane to not involved with someone else's business.

Long story short, dane went to the hospital with the girl. And Grayson, like always, did something behind Dane's back. He contacted his sister to came to the hospital to create a mess and told the girl that she's the father of the child and proposed to her (she's a dominant alpha). And the drama happened and dane regreted his decision to come to the hospital. But at the same time, Dane's neighborhood was on fire. The firefighters went there, but no one recognize Dane's house except Grayson. Grayson saw Dane's house was on fire and knows that darling was inside the house. He was contemplating until he decided to rushed in even though the fire was so bad.
And dane came home and saw his house was on fire, he panicked and about to rush in for darling but his co-workers stopped him. And then grayson finally walked out of the fire with darling in his arms. Dane still couldn't believe that the Grayson Miller would save darling. So he asked what he wants. Grayson asked dane to date him for three months for a trial, and if at the end of that time Dane still isn't in love with him, he would willingly walk away from Dane's life. Dane didn't have any other choices but to agree, since Grayson saved darling.
And since Dane's house completely gone because of the fire, Grayson offered him to live together at his house, which dane quickly refused. He decided to stay at the motel for awhile, until grayson somehow managed to convinced him to move in with him.
AHHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCHHHHH MUAH!

Grayson also contacted his younger sister to come to the hospital because she is in fact the father of this woman’s baby (because even female alphas have dicks and can impregnate people, which is the case in a lot of omegaverse stories actually), because Grayson knows his younger sister sleeps around a lot and isn’t as careful as he is about making sure to not get people pregnant, he does some digging on the woman who shows up saying Dane is the father because he wants to find out if she’s trying to scam him and what her background is and finds out she had been seeing his younger sister and that’s when he figures out that his younger sister must be the actual father and decides to intervene.
