Turns out Raziel is not petty. It just believes the owner of the worm grimoire will become a calamity, based on past experience with other owners
As at where I am in the novel. It seems like all 4 missing grimoires we saw in the beginning might have lined themselves up for the MC to pick them. Because the book of Solomon came to find out MC again. While the book of Angel Raziel turned out to be a petty bitch. It found a new owner all the way in Finland, and commanded her to go kill MC for picking a demonic grimoire first. Not sure where the 8th book of Moses is, have not gotten to that part yet. But it seems like other grimoire holders are hunting those grimoires down, prominent hunters being Edward Coffin, a necromancer; and an organisation of Kims who through a cannibalism grimoire have gained immortality.
