Altho yes i think they make it "adopted" because the inc3st rhink, but I think the author should explained the detailed as how nanyoung become adopted. Just my opinion tho :D

After checking the raws, i think it Ended at ch 70.
The ending are like the novel but not quite detailed.
I hope there are side stories when they live after that ending
