It's not just on here but like everywhere, and it's just online. I'm trans myself and I go on tiktok or any other social platform and like 2 scrolls in I get a post that's just transphobia, and I don't even interact with these posts in the first place. I've blocked so many people over their stupid takes and it still manages to find me. And it's always talking about some 'transmen are just masc women' or fucking 'trans women don't belong in lesbian spaces' (which I'm not a lesbian so I can't exactly speak on it). But then it drags into more of 'we can always tell when someone is trans' man if that was true people wouldn't have thought I was a cis man. I know not everyone has the resources to pass, but I did and no one has suspected I was trans since I transitioned. Even if you could tell if someone is trans just mind your fucking business. (A bit of trigger warning for rape and violence here) I don't like letting stupid shit like internet discourse getting to me, but Ive seen threats in comment sections. Fucking rape/murder threats over someone being trans and then other replies laughing their ass off about it. Just a little frustrating is all, I'm personally not ashamed of my identity- I worked hard to become who I am now, and I haven't let other people ruin it for me, and I can only hope that hate won't ruin for other trans people. What's concerning is what would happen in the future, especially when human rights are slowly being stripped from us left and right. It doesn't help that half of the LGBT community is also against trans people and teaming up against them with the very people who HATE them. I'm just saying if you are against anyone in the community, you are not queer, just gay. Will probably delete later as this was just a rant.
